Where are you based and do you travel?
Lexie Vilai Photography is located in Heartland, TX. Sessions other than my Home Studio package will include a 30 mile travel distance. Once the client has communicated to Lexie Vilai Photography the type of photo session they are wanting, a location will be chosen by the photographer. If the client desires a specific location, it is the client’s responsibility to pay for any fees associated with that location. This includes, but is not limited to, entrance fees, parking fees, photography fees, etc. Any locations beyond the 30 mile distance will be charged an additional fee of $0.17 per mile. All travel fees are non-refundable and will be due by the day of the photo session.
Can I get a refund?
The only time a full refund (including the security deposit) will be given is IF the photographer has to cancel the photo-shoot due to her own personal circumstances. All cancellations by the photographer’s behalf will be made known at least 24 hours in advance.
What if I have to reschedule or cancel?
Should a client be unable to make it to the photo-shoot on the day of due to any situation, he/she must notify Lexie Vilai Photography right away. If a session needs to be rescheduled, there will be a $25.00 non-refundable fee if the session is rescheduled within 24 hours of the booked time. A session can only be rescheduled 1 time if done within 14 days, even when no reschedule fee is assessed. If you, the client, are unable to make the rescheduled appointment, the appointment will be canceled and the 50% deposit will be forfeited. There is no penalty or limit to reschedules made beyond 14 days. If the client cancels the appointment, for any reason, they will forfeit their 50% deposit. This does not apply for reschedules or cancellations made by Lexie Vilai Photography for their own convenience.
When will we get our pictures?
Lexie Vilai Photography will go through all of the images and choose the ones that turned out great, watermark them and send a link to the client in 24-48 hours. The client chooses which pictures they would like to have processed for editing. Once Lexie Vilai Photography has received the requested photos for processing, the client is guaranteed to receive the final edited photos within 14 days. If you need your images and products in less than the turnover rate given, an expedited editing service is available at the client’s expense of $50.00. The expedited turnover rate will guarantee all edited images and products within 48 hours. Not receiving your edited photos within 48 hours will entitle you to a full or partial refund of the expedited service fee. If you would rather have your products sooner, please contact Lexie Vilai Photography for further details on expedited shipping charges/fees. Lexie Vilai Photography reserves the right to deny any expedited service.
